A 13,000SF commercial ALT II fit-out and relocation project for the Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF) to reflect the company’s new leadership, vision and character.
The NFF project runs two parallel budget scenarios based on (1) full owner managed design and construction (2) and owner managed design, landlord managed construction scope. Services include: Site search and due diligence; lease negotiation; visioning; and full design/construction. Completed as of 2016.
