Site selection, lease support, design, and construction management was provided for Foursquare’s move into a 40,000 RSF space on Floors 7,8 of 50 West 23rd street.
The program included a full kitchen, cafeteria, 200-seat town hall space with elevated podium and AV screen wall, open benching workstations, conference/meetings rooms, and a communicating stage stair.
