Yvonne has Leadership in tech, real estate development, construction, and project management.
In her 20+ years, she has provided comprehensive project/development management and real estate advisory services on award-winning projects from 1,000 – to 400,000 SF with budgets up to $1.6B through acquisition, sale, site selection, development feasibility, design, and construction through occupancy.
Asides from being a project manager, Yvonne is also a mom, a trained architect, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Yvonne looks to partner with Clients who want:

Yvonne is experienced in mixed-use, commercial, residential, restaurant, and cultural projects and has worked on interiors, major renovations, and new construction. She is also well versed in Landlord turnkeys, fast track construction, and development advising. Yvonne has worked on many of the following: joint venture agreements, public/private partnerships; work letters; leases; consultant, vendor, and construction agreements.
Her clientele includes national conglomerates; foreign investors; tech firms; financial services; public/private partnerships, retail, cultural institutions, not-for-profits, owners, and developers.
Yvonne holds an EMBA from Quantic University, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University. Before YPI, Yvonne held leadership roles at Workframe, Gardiner & Theobald, and Jonathan Rose Companies.
