In his 30+ industry years, Fran has been a CFO, Project Controls Director and a construction cost accountant providing project controls and budget management for Client capital projects ranging from $1M-$150M.
At YPI, his core strengths of diligence, consistency and construction management expertise make him an invaluable asset to our Team. Fran offers expert support in requisition analysis, invoice investigation, and change order management during design and construction His responsibilities include budget development, risk mitigation, and interfacing with organizational boards and financial institutions.
Internally, Fran also works with Yvonne in reviewing YPI project controls and mentoring our team in construction cost accounting and capital budget management.
Before YPI, Fran was a CFO at Urban Projects Collaborative and a project cost accountant at Zubatkin Owner Representation and Jonathan Rose Companies. His passion extends beyond construction to brewing homemade beer, operating his backhoe, and supporting local food pantries, showcasing his commitment to both professional excellence and community enrichment.
