Representation of PPFA as a (tenant) in a Landlord turnkey 65,000 RSF National HQ project located in downtown Manhattan, and also the liquidation of their 80,000 RSF owned original condo building.
The fast-track 4-month construction project includes complex permit phasing strategies, a 200-seat conference center/auditorium divisible into separate board room(s) and rentable space, open office plans, and a large interconnecting stairwell through three floors.
The project also featured a developer sale agreement at PPFA’s owned condo origin site and management of exit, liquidation, and penalty clauses. Retained on April 1, 2015, to start programming, delivered premises for move-in on February 2016. It was completed on schedule and under budget.
