Lesley has managed various multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, graphic designers, engineers, contractors, and code and zoning specialists. Her projects have ranged in size from 45,000 RSF to over 500,000 RSF. She consistently advocates for her project teams and knows that the key to a successful project is having all stakeholders working together towards a common goal.
Lesley excels at solving complex design and construction issues at both a large scale and detail level. She is also well versed at reviewing schedule strategy based on municipal approvals.
Most recently Lesley worked on a 50,000 RSF renovation-in-place project for The Brennan Center for Justice, She is also involved with a multi-faceted 180,000 GSF NJ Corporate headquarters, where the projects include Workplace and Planning Strategy, Graphics, Brand and Signage updates, ADA Upgrades and Facilities support. Lesley is also spearheading two educational early childcare projects to completion.
Lesley has a B.Sc in Interior Design from Cornell University and a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. She was previously at Gensler and the NYC School Construction Authority. She also manages a busy seven-year-old who is a hockey whiz.
Notable projects include: The Brennan Center for Justice, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Collector’s Club, Saint Saviour Catholic Academy, and Chances for Children.
